AB Älvkarlebyhus

Addicts who misbehave and throw things in the stairwells and scream. Not great fun when you're supposed to be working to be woken up at 2am by drug addict neighbors standing in the stairwell and screaming. Bergsvägen is chaos. Älvkarlebyhus does nothing! I've had to call both the security guard and the police probably ten times.

Had to put up with drug addicts most of the time. Not so fun to have someone piled up in the stairwell at 3:00 in just their underwear kicking our door, throwing furniture in the stairwell and screaming. Have had to call the police and the emergency services hundreds of times. Älvkarlebyhus does nothing at all. We spoke to Älvkarlebyhus several times on the phone, met and they were supposed to solve the problem but it never made any difference. The guards are extremely annoyed at Älvkarlebyhus when they continue to let the problems progress. We were eventually forced to move, have heard from neighbors that the problems escalated in our neighborhood after we moved. Do Sauvera and your residents a favor and listen to your residents. It eventually became tiring to call Sauvera every night and Sauvera had to call the police. Älvkarlebyhus on their front did NOTHING. Absolutely crap landlord. I feel sorry for the people who took over my apartment. Look for private landlords in Skutskär because Älvkarlebyhus does not care about their tenants. You shouldn't have to be afraid in your own home.

Do not start a business in this municipality! They promised fiber but it has been 3 years and no one is currently living on 3 Mbit/s and it has been down several times so we have had to get 3 different subscriptions to even get online. I think when you promise, you should fix them, they are so easy we even want to pay for it. Luckily we have a place in Örebro that gets all the internet stuff done there instead. We will soon expand then we have to leave this municipality. Unfortunately. Otherwise it is a peaceful area with nice areas, close to commuter trains, Gävle and not too far from the E4, that is why the other 2 are 3 stars because we can't manage here.

Nice staff with limited opening hours. Difficult to find time/be able to visit when you have work elsewhere.
