Have been a customer there for several years. I buy all my shoes from Stööks. Fast delivery, good service and always easy to deal with. Super satisfied actually.

You picked it up 12 days after it arrived at the delivery point. After you picked it up, it took 15 days until I received the money back.nnThe second return went with DHL directly to you. After pushing by email, I received the money back after 19 days.nAccording to Hallå konsument, the money should be refunded no later than 14 days after you received the goods.

I have always been satisfied before but not after my last visit to the store. The clerk was more interested in talking bear hunting with someone else in the store. This conversation went on for at least 20 minutes. So from now on I will have to find another store to buy my Joyas shoes.
