I used to love this gym, but it's gotten unbearable. They used to have a 24/7 section and now it's opening later than ever. Only silver lining for this gym is that it's cheap, and that's barely enough for me to keep going here. I can't wait to move out of here so I can get a better gym
Started off great in September. Then renovations right away, machines are now half of the original number so make sure you are not in a hurry because you’ll need to wait. I was hoping renovations would have brought new machines but they are still the same post-soviet era vibes, just less.nnMost of everything, it’s been months with a broken entrance door so you basically have to wait for the reception to open. Not viable if you train early in the morning. Weekend reception hours are also pretty late. Definitely will not renew the subscription and counting the days before it ends.nnEdit: I have to share something more here because the situation is beyond ridiculous. Not only the door is always broken no forecast whatsoever on when it will be good again and, of course, no notice on the app - proudly sharing you can get in at 5am but, especially during the weekends, they decide arbitrarily to close hours before the declared time without even putting a notice on the app. The way they treat their customers is something I have rarely seen around the world honestly, they just don’t care.nFurthermore, they put loud and annoying music for group trainings in the middle of the gym. The new set up is so odd, I honestly smile when I think about it because it’s so random and illogical.nnPlease do yourself a favour and avoid this gym even if it looks convenient. Lund has some really nice gyms with highly professional staff.
I’m honestly so done with this gym. The lock was broken for months so we could only train during staffed hours. Now that they fixed the lock finally!, it is only the 24/7 part of the gym that’s open, which is small, has limited equipment, and guess what, it’s not even open 24/7!!nThe membership is more expensive than better gyms like Gerdahallen. It is unacceptable. Fix the damn lock and let people have access to all parts of the gym and train. I’m switching gyms.
It’s been A MONTH since your entrance door got broken. How can it be possible that it takes you FOREVER to fix it - AND that it breaks every single month?!nAn “upgrade” to a regional gym pass does not solve the problem.nThe other gyms are far away.nnYour limited opening hours generates an overflow of people, especially during peak hours - ALL the machines are constantly taken and people have to wait for working out.nnThis situation is really annoying for everyone.nnBe professional and committed to offer the services you promise when we pay for them.nnEdit: THE DOOR IS BROKEN AGAIN!!! - Since the second week of April. It is 1st of May. Almost ONE MONTH broken AGAIN. I am quitting my membership. Don’t waste money and time on Actic Delphinen poor service and lack of accountability.
Staff is very lazy eg one day I came in at 2:50PM and the sign said the closing hour for the day was 3PM. I asked the guy at the front desk who said 5PM and when I asked about the sign he said he had to change it. Just one example, many times no staff to be found only to see they were sitting in the break room.nnOften close the gym early no reason whatsoever why. The door to the 24/7 area is broken and no indication on it being fixed broken for a super long time.nnHonestly shocked at how big of a company this has become when literally everything is broken, staff are horrible, and operations are poorly run.nnHours are constantly changing. Equipment often broken and not working well.nnCheaper but not that cheap to be worth the price.nnTo actic, try harder.
