They overcharge you if you try to terminate your membership, avoid them.
The room was crowded. I had nowhere to escape for my exercises, which I experienced as stressful. Also, I bought a PT hour from what I assumed was a well trained personal trainer. He showed me some exercises and how to perform them. Later, when I had a review with a training expert another with documented solid training, it turned out that many of the exercises were performed incorrectly and that some concrete advice I received was incorrect and shows incompetence. Feeling disappointed that I wasted 1 hour of my time to no avail. A gym must have well-trained staff. Not going back here.
Deceiving people when it comes to canceling co-membership. They want more money when you quit, even if you don't have a lock-in period. NOT GOOD....
