Unfortunately extremely poor service. It can't get any worse than this.nOur company was in urgent need of a spare part. But nothing could be sold to us because we don't have a customer account.nIf you think it's not a problem, we'll open one.nNO! This is not possible on site ... you have to apply online and the processing takes up to 5 days.... where do we live ... behind the moon?!!!nnUnfortunately, the service is written very small here ...
The staff is always so nice and always in a good mood, and the fact that they are knowledgeable and helpful is of course also good :
Of course, only companies are allowed to shop at Ahlsell. But even though I couldn't buy anything, the staff was so damn nice and gave me all the info I needed.
