I recently had lunch there with a friend, it was my first time visiting and i must admit The ambience, the food and the cleanliess was spot on! Staff was very friendly and welcoming and the robot bringing the food was quite a fun experience  its my husbands birthday on the 28th of October and I will be visiting with him and our 2 kids for dinner, they are very excited to see the robot deliver our food..we look forward to the nice experience, again!

I can say, If I am craving for Sushi then Aiko Sushi is my go to place. I really like their Futomaki. But I am used to take away as their ordering system at table is confusing. I had a bad experience on the Valentines day as I ordered at the front and sat down. I said “to eat here” but after waiting almost 30 minutes at the table, even after double checking, they have prepared my order as a takeaway. Our Valentines night out was ruined but that’s alright, we really enjoyed sushi eating from the car .

I have been to this restaurant many times. They used to offer complimentary prawn crackers, but on several recent visits I did not receive any. At first, I assumed this service had been discontinued. However, I later noticed that other tables were still being served prawn crackers, just not at my table. This left me genuinely puzzled as to why this was the case, it is hard not to feel singled out, which negatively affected my overall experience.

Nice food - not the best but above average. The ’all you can eat’ ordering method a pad at the table was unfortunately very tricky and cumbersome, resulting in a few issues. Many of our orders were also corrupted or disappeared altogether. The staff was friendly but limited by this buggy system.nAtmosphere was Ok but a bit too chaotic.nThe robot server was a fun addition.nFinally, for the price paid, everything should have worked better.

Ordered one of the mixed plate, it was tasty. Had mecha green tea, that was good. Since I don't know how to use chopsticks I was given a plastic one and also a fork, but for me it was very generous of them, I could enjoy using kids chopstick .
