Hello!nWe were in the emergency room between 13.00-19.30, in a lousy waiting room! There is nothing to eat in the waiting room. Only coffee, not even tea, just hot water. There should at least be a sandwich machine or something like that and something else to drink in a waiting room! You can have to sit there for several hours.nnIf you come in urgently and haven't eaten for a while, the hospital management should have thought about the basic needs of humans, such as some kind of food. Don't they work for the good of humans???
Very nonchalant staff. I had an ugly wound on my chin that was ignored by a nurse. I got to see a doctor a day later who took me seriously in Arbrå, got penicillin and ointment for my wound that was about to go through my lip. Thank you so much Arbrå
Went in with my son, 4 years old. Who was panicking about being in pain and unable to see due to eye inflammation, he is afraid of the doctor since a visit to Hudiksvall.nSo last night in Bollnäs we met really cute nurses and doctor Ali, who took good care of Hugo.nAli showed his pet on his mobile and let Hugo ride a scooter with him in the hospital corridor. Took my mother to the emergency room. She was incredibly well looked after by nice and knowledgeable nurses and doctors. Despite the fact that there were a lot of patients, we felt that it worked very well.nThank you for being there!
