Warning for this seller!nI ordered an aquarium root size 30-40cm but received one that very kindly measured 23 cm.nDespite pictures with a measuring tape, they claimed that they had sent the right root and that I was wrong. Really rude treatment. I have requested to cancel the purchase. Let's see how they react to it.nThey refer to their surveillance cameras even though I show them the picture below. I have measured it from every possible angle and it will not fit anymore.nAs you can see in their response here, they are uninterested in customer service and seem to believe that they are completely incapable of making mistakes. I will send it back and have asked them to send me a written apology when they have measured it themselves.nnUpdate; After several trips back and forth where they also accuse me of fraud, I double-check the box and there is a broken piece stuck through the box. With it, the root gets bigger, but still at most 28cm.nMy demand therefore remains. Likewise my warning. DO NOT order from this company if you don't want to be treated like the scum of the earth from the first moment. Everyone can make mistakes, but the way they handle it here is beyond criticism. It's when problems arise that a company shows its true side.nI see from the reviews that this is not the first time they have behaved like this.nUpdate again;nNow their disgusting owner has threatened to report me to the police for fraud. I'm pissed!! First they claim that the root is bigger than it is, even though I send pictures. Then they claim that I broke it off myself, why is very unclear, when I then notice that a piece is stuck in the box, they claim that I arranged the whole thing and threaten to call the police.nI have asked them to file a police report and will report them for defamation myself. Absolutely fucking sick how they behave!!nNever shop here!nLatest update;nKlarna followed my lead and tore up the invoice. To make things right, I asked the aquarium import to send a shipping label to get their root back. The email response I received was that they have blocked my address nThis is an embarrassingly unprofessional company owned by a mentally ill five-year-old with no respect for consumer laws. Unfortunately, far from everyone reads reviews before they shop, but if there is any company that deserves to go bankrupt, it is this one.

One of the better aquarium shops in southern Sweden. Good selection, good service and friendly service. A bit cichlid-oriented at the expense of small fish in general, but still better than most other shops we've been to. The fish we bought with us have done well and the accessories work as they should. 4 stars.

Quite a large aquarium store with many aquariums and lots of fish. Huge section with accessories. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. We will come here again
