I would give 0 stars if possible. Unprofessional and unorganised staff, unprepared and careless doctors.
Otrevliga och osympatiska läkare. Säkert inte alla men dom 2 som jag träffat var inte trevliga. Långa väntetider. Ringer på måndag morgon och får tid på fredag
I have been in contact with the health center for the first time now and since February. It has been incredibly good. I was treated by competent district nurses and doctorsnJust want to say that I am very happy with my choice and think you are very professional.
It is not possible to get appointments except for the same day, which results in you having to go to the local emergency room for things that are not so urgent. Most of the staff are nice and good, so it is a shame that they make themselves unavailable.
Disaster, have worked at another VC, this one is under all criticism. Messy, they say you have a phone appointment but no one calls at the appointed time. Had to go there physically twice very sick to get in touch... Either carelessness or poorly organized. There is staff who have a nice attitude, but the reception is not. Also seems to have difficulty understanding what you want, gives unclear answers or none at all. Some doctors are clearly uninterested in their profession. Have previously reported to the operations manager but no change.
