I had a great experience in this facility. Both the nurse and the doctor were incredibly nice, gentle, and funny. I was in severe pain and with high fever, so a humane treatment was incredibly appreciated. Moreover, I was in and out very quickly. Feeling lucky and grateful.
First class experience. Arrived at 18:45 Friday Night Depart 21:30 after X-ray 2 meetings with the doctor. The hospital experience is 10 hours for similar injuries There was an atmosphere of caring and healing. A woman in great pain got immediate painkiller. The doctor was friendly and gave a lot of good advice how to improve my shoulder condition.
Waited 3 hrs to get treatment. Then the doctor failed to log my prescription. So after 2 trips to the pharmacy, I'm required to drive another 30km there and 30km back because they don't take phone calls.
Nurses friendly but doctor did not take my acute pain seriously neither did he have much clue on my previous conditions which may be a factors to consider in forming a diagnosis. Pushed and pressed the painful area to my owws and grunts in response, but he talked over the exam not asking questions on the type or intensity levels or location of the pain. I had the feeling he didn't take it seriously despite my clear explanation that I was in a lot of pain and concerned about being sent home only for the pain to flare up again - which it has. He said if it gets worse go to Akuten to which I replied that is where I was right now and didn't want to be forced to go back to another hospital if he could help. Uninterested, heavy-handed examination, poor diagnostic skills- I had to suggest options for pain meds and suggested possible treatment with guesswork from my history that I might benefit from antibiotics. He was not interested. One day later I am at home on crippling pain having not received the care I needed and waited many hours for. Differential diagnosis needs more knowledge and patient care needs more listening and compassion instead of dismissal. Disgusted.
The doctors there are extremely incompetent , and they don't know the basic diagnosis.nAfter two visits in two days, excluding the vårdcentralnThey even took the X-ray of my kid's chest, which clearly showed inflammation in his lungs, and the doctor declared it an allergy and tried to send him home, after we insisted for a reexamine finally he agreed to refer to KrolinskanBUTnIn his referral note he never mentioned about the X-ray and that caused the doctor in Krolinska to spend 6 hours to figure out that there was a minor pneumonia.nThe question is WAHAT IF the doctor didn't listen to us and never referred to Krolinska, what would have happened
