Very carless , they don’t answer phone call no follow up
Very satisfied with doctor but receptionist kind of rude, not very pleasant.
Nice but not as efficient as hoped, toder is not held and after 3 times attendance, many more occasions will be needed. Difficult to get there. Nice staff.
Today I came to Aleris to have a Tumbas operation.nI was there 1 hour before because I was worried because I had a long journey to get there. But how fantastic I have been received!nI was rolled into the waiting room with a bed 30 minutes before my appointment. People talked to me and gave me air heating under my blanket because I was both frozen, nervous and tense.nnIn fact, I actually enjoyed this time. The receptionist/nurse/anaesthetist/anaesthetist nurse/surgeon came in and talked to me before the operation and it was absolutely fantastic! You are absolutely worth your weight in gold for an incredibly good reception. I was very worried and stressed but you made my stay with you today so much better than I could have ever imagined. Thank younI give a compliment and at least five stars because you were fantastic!nnMargrethe Westerberg
