Great Arena would be perfect for summer hockey school with accommodation at the campsite next door.

For an ice rink, the temperature is really comfortable. No need to stand inside and freeze. Small kiosk with coffee and what you need. No alcohol though. The ice rink has good insulation in the ceiling which means it doesn't echo.

A large enough hall and a devoted and loyal audience. Skating school with an enthusiastic leader.
