The restaurant is outside the city center, requires additional travel time. Ingredients are very usual comparing to other Michelin restaurants in Stockholm. The dishes were generally well-executed, with some creative flourishes. However, a few items have flavors that are more adventurous and may not appeal to everyone.
Incredibly delicious food experience is served at Aloë.nRich and bold flavors, original and memorable creations. Wine / non alcoholic pairings top notch.nLook forward to return here.
Had the best meal for my Stockholm visit ! Amazing service by the team !nnFood was extremely well made and presented ! Umami was everywhere and chefs nailed the cooking. Wine pairing was extremely well done. Went so well with the amazing food !nnI had the best meal and will be definitely coming back again ! Thank you for an amazing experience!!!
Food was great but service was way too slow. Dinner started at 6.30pm and ended 11pm. Server forgot about our next dish scallops - we waited 40 min. After dessert we waited another 25 min for petit fours and our tea/ coffee was forgotten again. Was exhausted by the end of the course. Not acceptable for 2 Michelin stars.
The caviar and coconut ice cream was truly legendary. I also really liked the lobster truffle yakitori wrapped in chicken skin. However, as much as we enjoyed the food, the time it took to finish our meal was way too long… I’m telling you we sat there for almost 5 HOURS, and towards the end we got so tired of waiting that no matter how good the food tasted, we were getting so tired and ready to leave…. Definitely shorten the wait time between each dish please. aside from that, the food was incredible- perhaps lessen the seasoning because some dishes were a bit too salty.
