Fraudulent construction. In a newly built apartment in 2024, they put in an elevator where the doors squeak constantly. Despite reporting a fault, the problems return after a week or so, which indicates faulty construction. The elevator has also started to run jerkily sometimes when it is just about to start. The voices in the elevators are probably their own children with extremely squeaky voices, which you as a resident have to listen to and babies wake up from.nnNot recommended. It is obvious that there is a lack of quality control.
This company replaced the elevator in the stairwell where I live. The replacement took about 2 months and since then the elevator has been out of service several times a week. They clearly don't know their job.
Nice and new and nice and accommodating staff.
