We came from Finland to Sweden for a short trip and since it was first time for my dog traveling with ferry, he got a sever anxiety. Soon after we arrived to beautiful Stockholm we came to this vet for emergency care and we had an absolutely magnificent experience with the nurses and the gentleman who was our vet. It took some reasonable amount of time and they took a great care of us. My dog was amazingly calm during the whole visit and it was superb. I highly recommend AniCura and once again a big thanks to every single staff working here. Thanks everyone and Merry Christmas
We had excellent treatment and service from the team during all visits. Plus, our dog gets super happy to see her vet when we visit.nnWe have had four visits to this clinic. One for the puppy shot, two for accident our puppy had and then a follow up visit. All times we been met with excellent service.nnSpecial thank you to Angela, who has been amazing. Super helpful, kind and taken such good care of our dog.
Great customer service and highly skilled professionals who clearly love animals. I also appreciated all the little touches in place to keep cats comfortable separate waiting room, quiet exam areas.
In the past, I've had a few pet emergencies, and everything turned out fine despite paying almost 40,000 SEK. It was worth it for the number of tests and care my dog ​​required. But yesterday, I felt truly ripped off. Almost 9,000 kroner just to make my dog ​​vomit and a consultation of 2 minutes is outrageous. They charged me a supposed emergency fee when it wasn't an emergency, and very cleverly suggested a treatment that wasn't needed, and ended up charging me for it for no apparent reason. It's a shame that these things happen in Sweden and that we read so many messages about prices abuse- non ethical behavior. It's also regrettable that such an advanced society doesn't have an institution to protect consumers from price abuse.
My doggo had an emergency and we ended up being admitted to this hospital.nThe waiting time for the first vet appointment was quite long, but that's the only downside.nNurses are vets are super friendly and attentive, making these little extra good things for you and your pet here and there, they do care.nWe are happy and grateful for this!nWish your pets to be healthy and happy
