We had an emergency situation, from speaking to our vet advice with the insurance company to getting care was less than 2hours.nnEveryone was very nice and professional to us and made us feel safe with the decisions we had to take.nThe place feels clean and spacious like a proper hospital.nFor us that came with car there are free parkings very close to the entrance.nnPS. They have advice as well via phone-nurse that you can call to talk on what to do next depending on what has happened.nnHighly reccomend!
We had a very bad experience with Anicura Albano. Our dog has an ear infection, and we’ve already spent approximately 50,000 SEK. At this point, they’ve essentially abandoned us - they no longer suggest how to proceed with treatment, don’t call back when they promise to, and after the last emergency visit, our dog is once again having issues.nnThey’ve provided no guidance on how to prevent further emergencies, each of which results in bills of around 20,000 SEK every couple of weeks. Their long waiting times seem designed to push you into emergency care, which is far more expensive than regular visits.nnAs for prices - that’s a whole separate issue. Even the most minor treatments cost not thousands, but tens of thousands of SEK.
Great emergency services for my fur babies. They saved the life of my dog after he was attacked by two pitbulls.
It's a professional animal hospital according to the customer reviews. The clinic I went to in Uppsala recommended it. My cat is allergic to house/dust mites was diagnosed based on blood test in Uppsala. But my cat feels itchy some times even with the desensitization treatment. That's the reason I booked the appointment there.nnI want to comment on the Vet. Sofie Prydz. She actually makes me disappointed with the hospital somehow. I sent the patient journal to the reception before I visited the first time. But when she saw me and my cat, she still asked the questions which are all written down in the journal. I told her she should check the journal I sent. But she said she didn't receive it. Fine, I directly sent the journal to her immediately. Two weeks later, when I and my cat visited her again. She asked me to try the diet for my cat which I tried two years ago in Uppsals and turned to be not the allergy reason. She apparently never has read the journal very carefully. I spent more than 3000 kr for every visit. She should have spent some time to read the journal, since this is her job. The long journal should not be the reason!!! I do not want to see her anymore.nnFortunately, other stuff working at the hospital are very helpful and with a lot of experience for treating my cat. I appreciate that. This is the reason I give four stars.
We took in our dog on a holiday for an emergency visit and could bot have been happier with the care that was provided. All staff was extremely friendly and competent. Our dog is not an easy dog to handle and we always put on a muzzle just in case. All staff when entering the room ignored our dog and let her adjust to the new person before touching her. Our doctor Elsa explained everything really well and when we left we felt less helpless about helping our doggo. Can only recommend.
