I am pharmacist in Germany and I send picture of Bepanthene eye ointment to my mother in Sweden to treat her dry eyes , and got from this pharmacy Bepanthene body ointment instead of the correct eye ointment .This caused sever eye irritation and infection and my mother suffered a lot because of this failure .
