Nice, organized and helpful staff.
The staff in the self-care needs to learn to be helpful to the customers. Zero sense of service, so you missed out on sales for us. Glad to just be passing through so you don't have to go here again.
Terribly bad service and treatment. I needed to pick up medicine and checked on their website that they were open until 2:30 p.m. so I got in the car and drove to Nybro. At 2:01 p.m. I was outside the pharmacy and the roller shutter door was halfway down. I tried to explain that I really needed the medicine and that I had driven 3.5 miles for this and had checked on the website that it would be open until 2:30 p.m. but he just said that it was closed at 2:00 p.m., so he pointed to the sign next to the door where 2:30 p.m. was replaced with 2:00 p.m. He didn't listen to what I had to say at all and just walked away. I will never set foot there again. Terribly poorly done and make sure to f.. keep the page updated because I have a hard time seeing your door from home.
Would have liked to go in and shop like before. But unfortunately you have changed staff and do not feel safe shopping as it spreads that you have been there and what you bought.
There is always a queue and it takes so long, usually waiting more than 20 min
