This pharmacy is one of the slowest I've ever been to, stood next in line for a prescription for 30 minutes! Third time I've been here and it's been the same every time.
It's a shame you can't give this one a minus. This is really NOT a good pharmacy!nWhen I went to pick up medicine, they didn't have the size on the package that was prescribed so I had to buy the larger one. Then he took out a card of tablets because the prescription was only for a smaller one but I had to pay for the full package.nNow before Easter I was going to shop again and then they took my ICA bonuses and I was supposed to be contacted by a manager but I still haven't heard anything and I haven't gotten my bonuses back. It's been 4 weeks... Such a sickly bad pharmacy...
Absolutely unbelievable! A woman was served this morning when I took a note. It took 20 minutes from the time I arrived. Sick!! When it's finally my turn, it still takes over 10 minutes. I've had two prescriptions for a long time in the hope of avoiding a million questions, so I said I wanted originals and had them for a long time. Still, the questions come about whether I had them before and what they contain and that I have to pay the difference when exchanging, etc. Absolutely insane! Not reasonable at all! The staff is very nice but they don't understand that this waiting time is not okay. Will always go to Doz in the future. It's a breeze there, so it's done!
Have tried to pick up prescription medications here several times. Takes an unreasonable amount of time.nSeveral times there has been one 1 person who is supposed to provide service to us customers. Today I waited probably ten minutes and then there were still several people waiting for help before my turn. Left without receiving help.nWill go to the pharmacies in Åkersberga center in the future.
Very poor help when you ask. The woman who worked couldn't answer simple questions just where the product is. Unpleasant attitude at the checkout got scolded when I asked if my card is linked to membership. And a sigh when I told her that I don't want to become a member.
