Good staff and clean aisles. You could get the help you need to decide on a product to try or buy.
Staff is made up of older women who are near there retirement and are just passing time by sitting around. There will be 10-12 people waiting in line to get there medicine but these old hogs just sit there. Worst service I have ever seen anywhere.
I came in to discuss a medicine I had picked up earlier at Apoteket Hjärtat, Ica Maxi Råå.nThen spoke to a nice girl who didn't really know what to do and then called the responsible pharmacy manager Fredrik who totally saw me and was so nonchalant and just waved us off with a comment that that's how it is and then he went and took a new customer.nI then asked why he was so rude and got no comment, he waved us off and shook his head, then turned away and started talking to a new customer.nFredrik, if you are now the pharmacy manager and in charge, you should deal with your customers and treat them with respect.nWill not shop with you again, there are many other pharmacies that take care of their customers.
The staff who stood at the checkout on Easter day around 8 pm were very nonchalant towards me as a customer. Why can't you treat customers well, but it's sad that you have to be treated badly
My order is always forgotten to pack during express delivery, very annoying, also when I have to pick up with leg only, I first get an answer that it doesn't work, then I tell them that it worked last time, which it did when they don't pack my order within 2 hours! then I get my order but a harsh remark that it is an exception. Do your job! Pack the order within 2h! There are many pharmacies to choose from in Helsingborg with exactly the same selection!
