Staff is made up of older women who are near there retirement and are just passing time by sitting around. There will be 10-12 people waiting in line to get there medicine but these old hogs just sit there. Worst service I have ever seen anywhere.
Entrance via ICA MAXI, so it's easy to pick up medicine and shop.
Very unpleasant female pharmacist. She just called me an idiot instead of helping me. Was arrogant and reluctant to help me. When I asked her name because I wanted to leave a point of view on her treatment, she demanded that I tell her. Then she refused to say her name, turned her back and just walked away. Black, short hair, maybe over 50... Luckily, I got help from her younger colleague who was nice and very helpful.
Bad, stood in line when the staff at the till went away to help someone else, then another member of the staff comes out and opens up a till, instead of saying, I can help the next in line then stood for 5 min at least waiting so she helps others who have just arrived at the checkout. Didn't buy anything and next time I will take another pharmacy.
The times I have shopped there, I have been treated well. Big plus for being open until 10pm in the evening!
