Good staff and clean aisles. You could get the help you need to decide on a product to try or buy.
Staff is made up of older women who are near there retirement and are just passing time by sitting around. There will be 10-12 people waiting in line to get there medicine but these old hogs just sit there. Worst service I have ever seen anywhere.
I came in to discuss a medication I had picked up earlier at Apoteket Hjärtat, Ica Maxi Råå.nI then spoke to a nice girl who didn't really know what to do and then called the responsible pharmacy manager Fredrik who completely ignored me and was so rude and just waved us away with a comment that that's how it is and then he went and took a new customer.nI then asked why he was so rude and got no comment, he waved us away and shook his head, then he turned away and started talking to a new customer.nFredrik, if you are now the pharmacy manager and responsible, you should take care of your customers and treat them with respect.nI will not shop with you again, there are many other pharmacies that care about their customers.
The times I've shopped there I've been treated well. Big plus for being open until 10:00 PM in the evening!
Personal som stod i kassan påskdagen ca 20 tiden var mkt nonchalant mot mig som kund. Varför kan man inte ha bra bemötanden till kunder, men det är tråkigt man ska behöva bli dåligt bemött
