Nice Apotek. The stuff people try to help.
Was discharged from the neurology and rehabilitation clinic in Karlstad yesterday 2025-05-23. New medication that I was supposed to start taking immediately. When I got to Hagfors, the pharmacy was closed. I was there on Saturday morning, but it was closed and wouldn't open until 09:30 on Monday. Apoteket Hjärtat has also closed on weekends in neighboring places such as Ekshärad and Munkfors. So I have to go to Karlstad 200 km there and back to get my medication.
Apotek Hjärtat in Hagfors is the BEST. The staff gives you an extended level of service that you can't get at other pharmacies. Those who complain about waiting times may not be on the right medication. Regards, PO
Closed all weekend, no medicines in stock. Several of the staff seem to have not received a basic introduction to the profession and the queues are growing as staff cannot read. You should allow at least an hour to pick up a prescription.
Terribly long queues regardless of whether it's busy or not! Worst pharmacy I've ever been to!
