I am very disappointed that I have an order from Sunday that has not yet arrived Very wrong service.

So I give the pharmacy 5 stars because, with two exceptions, I always received top service and advice. Unfortunately, they have a new employee who absolutely doesn't understand how to deal with customers. Unfortunately I don't know what her name is. I'm German who lives in Sweden but I don't have a personal number yet. .My dog ​​needs his medicine in this case Vetoryl, everything goes through my mother because she has the person number. There have never been any problems, only with this person because he doesn't accept my ID card. So I had to go without tablets for my dog. Since there aren't as many pharmacies in Sweden as in Germany, I went to Oskarsham and got some tablets there, which wasn't a problem. I won't let this person serve me anymore, that's for sure. And neither does my mother. It's a shame about the good overall appearance of the pharmacy. I know that I'm not the only one that this person was so unkind to.

So almost an hour waiting time to get to the prescription cashier!!! You're kidding. Only one that serves a prescription.
