I have an FA 400 Combi filter that I bought from AquaGruppen in 2009. When I felt it was time to change the filter media, I contacted them, told them which filter I had and they said they could deliver new filter media for that filter. They were quite expensive on the media and the shipping was really expensive at 800 SEK. When I received the bag of media, I could read on it that there would be 1.5 bags for my filter and I only received one bag. When I contacted them, they said that my filter would not have such a large tank and they could not take responsibility for what previous owners had sold, so much for what they write about 30 years of experience but I don't know what they have sold. They could sell me an extra bag but this time they could offer the shipping, thanks but no thanks. I chose to return it and for me the shipping cost was under 300 SEK to send it back. It then took them two months to refund my money after several reminders.nnI can mention that I bought two bags of the same filter media from another supplier for the same price that AquaGruppen would have charged for one bag and the shipping was a fraction of what AquaGruppen charged.

Unserious company with lots of complaints, see building a house.nI have had another water softener for 20 years, which worked without any problems. Changed to Aquagruppen's Berg 15 and then the pressure in the system disappeared, so I can't shower. They promise to call back, but never do. Don't answer the phone when I call. Have taken it apart according to their instructions, so simple errors are gone. A clear complaint, which they won't accept. If I run the bypass, the pressure becomes normal.

Was going to change the top filter on the filter on a Friday night because my partner came home late. Got a number so I could call if there were problems. How many companies offer that service? Luckily we didn't have to call because we got good instructional videos sent to us : Highly recommend

I ordered two water samples, I was promised two weeks of delivery. It took five weeks!? for them to deliver one of the two samples. First of all, they forgot to send out everything we needed to take the water samples, then they forgot to test the water sample, then after five-six weeks we got the test results, but then it was only for one water sample. I had to contact them myself and say that you only did half the work, as usual they complained... Then I demanded to cancel the service, I had to contact their manager on my own and fight for my right to cancel the purchase, terrible experience.nnAs the icing on the cake, now I have also received an invoice that has apparently been collected by their subcontractor, how on earth did this happen?nnStay away from this unscrupulous company.
