They let you in through the gate, but don’t indicate how to pay or give you an entry ticket. After 3 hours of parking they left a fine of 900SEK on my windshield. I was expecting to be able to pay at the end, with numberplate, but apparently that’s not how they want you to do it. Extremely absurd.
Worst parking ever.nI park the car for one night, staying at Globe Hotel.nIt cost me 31 Euro.nNext day in the morning I couldn't go out with the car, I almost miss the ferry, because the parking was opening only at 08:00.nNo emergency buttons or something.nCalling operators was useless, the only solution they had was to send a security guard to open the gates for 500 euros...nThe parking pay machine doesn't give receipt, but send an email after you exit...nTerrible experience, I travel a around to he world I'm supervising constructions of power generation projects , I never see something like that.
BE CAREFULL unlike all the parkinggarages I came across this one seems to be designed to fool you.nAfter parking you immediately should go to the pay machine and punch in your start time. then when you leave you pay…No tickets no registrattion plate camera’s a real slow stone age like system seemingly designed to make you mess up.nIn less than 24hrs they fined me twice for about 78 euro. 156 euro just because they have this ankward system.nBe aware for these people! Don’t give them a chance.
Spacious, safe and in a good location.nElectric car charging is included in the parking fee which is very convenient.
It's a big parking garage situated under Tele2 Arena. There's charging points for electric cars.
