I think it's sad that the range has been really diluted. Most of what I buy in terms of food - the range from Royal Canin and Monster has become much smaller and I've had to adjust what I can buy since they've removed what I usually buy. The prices have also gotten worse since you can't get discounts in the same way Arken Zoo is a larger chain so they said they can't take advantage of such offers. The range of cat toys is now so boring, there's so little variety - it's a lot of the same things. So unfortunately there's not much reason to shop there anymore.
Sad to see such a nice zoo store change to what I saw yesterday. Really bad to see such dirty aquariums with lethargic fish. On the verge of neglect of the fish. Better to empty the aquariums than to show this in a pet store. Then the service from the staff was ridiculously bad. When unpacking dog food takes precedence over customers at the checkout and also responds rudely when a customer seeks contact, it's probably the end of the world for the pet store in Visby.
