Arlanda terminal 5 buss

I trevaled today on this bus from Stalkhom central to Arlanda.nThe frequency of the busses are good. We booked the tickets online and got a discount on group travel. The tickets are amazingly cheeper.nThe bus stand is just next to the Arlanda express train stop.

Buy Bus tickets from Machines there is Bus tickets lounge every where around the airport inside and outside. You can online too ofcurse .

Straight forward facilities, it would be great if certain staff is well.informed and help and do a bit more especially for foreign tourist, I suppose a course in cultural management might help the staff to understand different needs of the travellers, overall everything as perfect as it can be the Swedish way

Has been better, quite messy right now due to construction work, move of bus stops etc. Efficient service but could be frendlier at the Security control.

There are not many Travellers ,when we arrive it feels like a zombie land, well we waited too long to get our luggage, and when we got it our luggage was broken . NOT MANY officers is around maybe because it was 12 am when we arrived
