Good quality of the products, but sending something back and getting your money back is practically impossible. Customer service is not very helpful, you get a response eventually when you send an email, but it is not much help as the responses are short and unhelpful.
Bought a shirt that was sent to the wrong address. They received the shirt that the post office returned to them but I didn't get any money back. Very complicated company that is verbose and far from service-oriented. Bottom line!
