Bargain for some things. Very good service and friendly service. There may be a slightly longer waiting time when dropping off larger quantities of items. They are happy if you respect the opening hours. Other times by arrangement.
Long and persistent discussion about charging a storage fee of 100 SEK ! despite a previous verbal promise that the fee would not be charged. Extremely unprofessional and frivolous handling. Recommend everyone to get any agreements in writing. Expect nothing but a really cold customer service, as previous reviews also suggest.
Nice place in Norrköping. Left stuff. Nice staff especially Sofia who I emailed with.
