WariningnDo not buy from this company .Recently I bought Renault Kangoo 1.5d 2014 KNS285 with one year extra warranty .nCar was sold to me as super nice one owner car .nOn my way from Hsb to Malmö wheel bearing start to produce noise like jet engine .I called Autohallen they come sfter cuople of dsys to fix the car .Then after a few days check engine light come to life and then check injection and emission warning start to appear on dashboard . I called theɓThen I got Kör forbuden brev from TS . Car was obesiktad .nAnd I put it on besikt but it desnt pass because of all those things and brake issuse and steering ball joints issues . I fix it and done the besikt and one more time after that issues appear .Wont start .I went to Meca following the waranty recomendation there in Meca the found many issues and once again I was left to my own payed 7000kr .nThe 100% REP OBJEKT car was sold to me as super nice one owner car fully funkional with extra warranty .nI payed extra 4000kr för waranty .nnWatch yourself in trading buying a car from this company . I was willing to retur back a car becuse I did not pass with it 400 500km but no way owner of authallen did not answer to any of my phone calls .Do not buy anything from this car seller .Absolut scammer .All the times come with excusea that do not go in warranty etc .What warranty in 3 month I pay in this car reparation more than 60% of the car value .I was left withounApsolute scammers . I sense it on my own wallet .nWhen you come to buy a car everything is sugar and honey but when payment ia complete it become salt and viniger .nNo help no resposibility no answer to 1000 phone calls .
Car broke down on way to vacation spot. Sammy was the best and found the problem and spare parts and fixed it and I was on my way 2 hours later. Great service and good coffee.

I bought a car from this company six months ago, and it turned out to be a complete nightmare. Right after purchasing the car, it started breaking down. It stopped on the road and wouldn’t move anymore. They came and took the car, claiming they would fix it, but the same issue happened again the next day.nnWe returned the car, and they promised to replace everything necessary, but less than a month later, the windshield washer stopped working, and the parking brake button, which was already broken, failed completely. After three months, the entire parking brake system stopped working, and it turned out they never replaced it, as they had promised. Even the brake pads they claimed to have changed were never replaced.nnSo far, we’ve spent nearly 8,000 SEK on repairs out of our own pocket. On top of that, the customer service is terrible, and most of the time, they don’t even answer the phone. Once they realize it’s us calling, they stop responding entirely.nnI would never recommend anyone to deal with this company or buy a car from them.
