I got a lady very patient and nice customer care
Their customer service is not flexible when things go wrong, and gave me a very hard time the last 2 times around this. Unpleasant.
I received a message that the package could be returned, but apparently they don't scan them into the system when notified, which is of course nice to know after walking 30 minutes in winter weather.
Nice and helpful staff!
A thousand million thanks to the young woman who helped me with my huge package on Monday, which didn't fit in my car. So wonderful to have your help, both practical and creative.nWe got to open the package and pick out the little owls one by one. You are worth your weight in gold!
