Bålamöllan mill

Bålamöllan mill is located in a part of the Rönne River where there have been water-powered machines since the Middle Ages. Bålamöllan mill was first mentioned in 1697, but it is speculated that the mill has medieval roots. The mill building today consists of the mill itself with three water wheels, as well as a large living area and a stable area. The living area from 1866 has been used as a miller's residence. Bålamöllan has been driven with the help of three underfall wheels. The mill has had a very large capacity and has been able to grind flour on an industrial scale, even though it technically falls into an early industrial category. Commercial operation at Bålamöllan ceased in 1905, but grinding for home use continued until about 1917. Since the mill was taken out of use, it has remained untouched. The machinery is intact and in good condition.

If they had cleared a little there would have been 2 more starlings. It just looks like a demolition site...
