Our to-go store to buy almost everything for our baby. Very helpful and nice staff : they also helped us with installing our isofix and do the stroller checkup. We got good advice for baby toys. Their stock is a bit limited though.
Extremely rude behaviour from the head lady at store, complete racist attitude.nWhen asked for specific product, she answers go check some other cheap store like jollyroom as they sell only premium stuff.nAnd by the way the product we asked for cost more than many other products in this store.nWould not recommend at all to visit this store.
Unprofessional and disappointing! The staff at this shop displayed a complete lack of professionalism when we sought assistance with products for our newborn. Instead of providing help or showing any interest in our questions, they outright suggested we try another shop or look online instead. For a store that is supposed to cater to the needs of new parents, this dismissive attitude is unacceptable. We left feeling ignored and unwelcome. I strongly advise others to avoid this shop and take their business elsewhere—there are plenty of places with knowledgeable staff who actually care about their customers.
Disappointing experience! The staff’s attitude was unhelpful, disrespectful, and rude, especially when asked about specific products. Rather than offering assistance or acknowledging gaps in their knowledge, they made unnecessary and unwarranted comments about “Chinese” websites. For a store aimed at new parents, who often have many questions and want the best for their newborns, such behavior is entirely unacceptable. It was surprising and disheartening to encounter such a narrow-minded and regressive attitude in a country as progressive as Sweden. I would not recommend this store to new parents or anyone shopping for baby items, as there are far better alternatives available.
Older lady tries to fear you into buying expensive stuff and says the lead time is 5 months which is false. Go online or shop around
