Backyard Bowls

A really cool food truck in the outskirts of Fjällbacka nI was visiting before opening season ‍ but think it will be a great spot to grab a meal in summer nThey seem to have really nice dishes primarily made of locally produced products

This nice restaurant is a 5-minute bike ride from Fjällbacka. You really feel like you are sitting in someone's backyard, super fun! In addition, you escape from the tourist crowd of the popular village. We took the Asian bowl and the classic bowl. Unfortunately the Asian bowl disappointed. Besides the delicious tofu and the rice that was perfectly prepared, it had little else to offer. Perhaps I had overlooked that there were few ingredients when I translated the menu using Google translate there are no English menus available. We got some extra vegetables after we asked. The classic bowl, on the other hand, was delicious, but the mango was not ripe and inedible. The portions are quite small, so come when you are not too hungry and take the classic bowl

Very fresh and good food, the chef also understood allergy needs well and made a nice explanation of what would work!

Good dishes, unfortunately small portions and a bit expensive for what you get
