Hotell is old, but looks great - charming! Great garden and lots of nearby paths for running/walking. They also have a nice spa, which is included! And also they have a great gym! Not many hotels have great gyms like this.
Personally a fan of Badhotellet. The traditional looks understandably are not for everyone, but it is a nice place.nnMaybe they should bring the history more visible to understand the decorations and furniture selections?nnSpa section is solid, breakfast always 5/5 and with a sunny weather like today - fantastic terrace to enjoy a drink.nn+ We are in Tranås :- Always smiles in here.
Good reception. The room was booked few hours before for ine night. Nice accommodation. Breakfast was included too, also good, they offered a variety to choose. The only surprise was the bathroom, it has the shower separated like in a small corridor inside the room.
Costs more than you'll get.nWe had the Deluxe Superior room, which was a large and nice room. However our minibar was broken, and the reception couldn't help us fix it.nWe also found a hanging filter in our shower that both looked gross and felt as if it where going to fall out at any time.nSad for that price.nThe spa was overall pretty good, but needed repairs. Both the hot inside sauna and the one outside was leaking heat and was therfore pretty cold. The guy tending the outside spa could have been more service minded, as he only tended the baths and was not around to pick up orders.nWhat was really good however was the restaurant. The only complaint here was the noise, otherwise everything was great!nA very nice waitress who served us, and the food was very nice!nWe had the alcohol free drink package with our two courses, which we can really recommend to other guests.
Simple rooms with comfortably hard beds, nice relaxation area with some different saunas, a hot pool, beds, and a cold water bucket. I've heard there's an outdoor area as well, but in that case it was close when we were there as well as the restaurant. I had to rush breakfast, but what I saw was very nice.
