A great vetinary clinic! I took my sick dog to them. I only speak English, but it wasn't a problem. My dog was treated very well, the vet explained everything, they provided her with the right medication, and after a few days, my dog started to feel better. I was very happy with the overall experience: the kindness, the flexibility, the communication, and of course the vet was clearly qualified, experienced and super helpful.
I took my cat to Barkarby Djurakut multiple times regarding a lump developed in my cat’s mammary gland, later diagnosed with cancer. They had been extremely helpful in every step. I was given clear instructions before and after the visit. I received price info in advance and they charge reasonable prices compared to other clinics. I found this clinic with a friend’s recommendation and now I can wholeheartedly recommend them to others.
The customer service I received was excellent. We had a difficult issue to diagnose with my dog and each time I interacted with the staff and vet I found them to be kind, caring and thorough.
Good vet and nurses. Bunus points for seperare cat entrance as to not mix dogs and cats.
Such a caring, helpful and trusting team. Thank you all for looking after Toto & Duke so well.
