Absolutely fantastic store and helpful and knowledgeable staff! Just went in to check, but we ended up ordering a pram and baby cover. When we did pick up the stuff, they were really satisfied that everything we brought home fit and worked. What didn't fit, they ordered a new one for free. Super satisfied!
Super helpful staff and extremely knowledgeable in this cozy shop.
Don't know what their opening hours are as they close when they feel like it. Once it was closed due to the weather in the winter an ordinary snowy winter day, closed the last time I went there and the other day it was also closed in the afternoon. Would it be incredible if I manage to drive in EXACTLY on those days something unforeseen happened or everyone in the workforce is sick at the same time? Feels like it's more of a habit to close when they feel like it now..nThere have never been any nice helpful staff on site either, but they have only stood and talked to each other every time. You really don't feel welcome when you walk around and look. A hello at least maybe?
Impersonal and doesn't seem interested in having customers?nnPeople prefer to stand and talk to each other behind the cash register. Even simple questions are treated poorly.
