Her name is Tilde, and she showed incredible patience, kindness, and dedication in helping me with a difficult situation.nnI had purchased a chainsaw that unfortunately broke, and to make matters worse, I had misplaced the receipt. However, Tilde didn’t give up and spent a full 15 minutes searching for the receipt in the system – and she eventually found it! Throughout the process, she remained professional, friendly, and extremely helpful.nnHer commitment and positive attitude truly made my day. Employees like Tilde are invaluable! A big thank you to her and to Bauhaus for such outstanding support.

I always loved Bauhaus and this place in Växjö in particular is top notch in customer service. Especially Charles was exceptionally nice and helpful in my latest project. Great place for DIY projects but also for garden furniture and plants. 5 stars.
