Extraordinarily poor sorting among some types of products, with mislabelled bins and different designs of a product mixed together. You need to be sure of what you need and maybe bring a ruler just to be sure you found the right thing. Staff also didn't notice how we apparently mixed products of different dimensions that then didn't fit together, so they seem as clueless as we were.
This is a huge Bauhaus store, probably the largest in the Stockholm area. Customer information at the entrance helped me to find the product I was looking for. It went really fast.nnThere are plenty of parking spaces and shopping carts here. Kind and helpful staff ready to help.
Okay store, but the access is terrible.nNot wheelchair accessible at all, strange configuration and I have an unsafe feeling whenever in that elevator hallway.nThis place is built for people with cars and mind and you can tell.

Wery poor customer service from salesman went to manager to solve the problem the guy was more about eating he’s sandwich than help me. My company will never use Bauhaus. Time wasters no good for business
