The phone line has a swedish only audio-menu. So, if you don't speak it but you have a medical emergency, then I guess you don't matter. The phoneline even having an automated message with a menu at all is bad enough to warrant a bad grade.

Every day too little food. I was just Hungry there. No one wanted to hear what a toothless person can eat. You just sit and wait for your food??!? And every time I had to point out what I can't eat without teeth. Bad memory or deliberate teasing?!?
Inhumane environment to be a patient in. No visits, No leaving the ward for coffee in the cafe No outings. Good breeding ground for depression.
