Update 24/4:nAfter contacting Beijer and the haulage company used for delivery, a solution was offered that felt reasonable. That is, the haulage company is responsible for the freight and we repair the fence ourselves. It would be desirable if, as a customer, you don't have to hunt for help and have contact with hired parties, but that all contact goes through the person you buy from and ultimately pay for.nn---nnFirst and last time we order from Beijer. We ordered material for a wooden deck. The delivery was quick, but the guy who was driving cracked a board when he was about to unload. When he was finished with the delivery and was about to back out through our approximately 8-meter-wide driveway, he backed out onto our lawn and over our fence. He got stuck and my partner + a neighbor had to spend half an hour helping him free. We took photos and told the guy to ask Beijer to contact us. They didn't do this. But the invoice came. I then contacted customer service with information and photos of the incident and they forwarded it to Beijer in Karlshamn. Now it is 3 weeks later and we still have not heard from them. Disrespectful as they are supposed to have over 4000 SEK for just the delivery.
