Visited the store to buy flooring, several salespeople passed us by without asking if we needed help. Everyone seemed very busy with phone calls and going to the coffee room. We were the only customers in the store. There were no prices on the products we were interested in, why display products when the prices are not in the system? I have worked in a store myself and understand that it is sometimes stressful and that sometimes you don't have time to give customers full attention, but this was beyond criticism.
