Much worse, more expensive and more unpleasant staff than any other hardware store in the city. If you are a private individual, you should turn around and find a real hardware store.nI honestly don't know what their business idea is or how they manage to stay in the industry, but it must be that they are targeting craftsmen because price is not an important issue.
Awesome selection! But I don't understand how the idea is that you have to come out of the yard. Sometimes you get a code from the cashier, sometimes the cashier asks me to find a forklift driver in the yard, and sometimes the forklift driver asks me to go to the cashier to open the barrier.
I've been a customer there since 1989 and there's no reason to change, they are service-oriented and have knowledgeable staff
Classic hardware store in Norrköping. They have a new, very good customer service representative in the store.
Even though it's a hardware store, they see the customer coming in. Nice display options for kitchens and bathrooms. Knowledgeable and pleasant salespeople.
