The worst customer experience ever! If I had an option to give 0 stars, I would have done that. They do not reply in time, they do not take responsibility after we order a repair with Tesla, they offer something n phone but never emails the details... phew. Very tired of the female personnel there at front desk who does not even reply after 3 reminders! We have been waiting 7 months and still they do not take a responsibility of something we want them to repair!

Nice staff. However.nnFirst it was a week, then two, then three and then three weeks and a day. Understand that it can sometimes take longer than expected. But not once was I contacted and forewarned, but found out about the delay on the same day I was supposed to pick up the car. 3 times. The excuses felt a little empty after this.nnHope I get the car today and that the work is done well. Will update the review in that case to 3 stars.nnGot the car. The damage is repaired and the work is well done. Updated to 3 stars but found that the parking sensor no longer works. 2 stars it will be. Hope they fix this.
