I was a little irritated that they were running 25 minutes late on my booked time, but it wasn't the inspector's fault, they were having computer problems. Very clean facilities, they took good precautions concerning Covid and limiting the number of people inside, and they had good options on dates and times for booking. I will happily go back again.

Totally useless, rude staff approve my 4 points on a follow-up check and find new errors that aren't even there, completely fucking useless, the worst thing is you don't even take responsibility for what you've done and return the money or have a follow-up check done, congratulations
Received an email on November 2nd 01:30 that I had a driving ban on the car never happened to me before, booked an inspection over the internet, thought it was Svensk Bilprovning ... but had booked at Besikta Bilprovning instead ... Well, I went there and the inspector took over the car, to say the least I received a serious and very nice treatment ... The inspection was carried out quickly and easily, and I left there satisfied ...nCan recommend Besikta as a good alternative ..!nOn the other hand, I don't give a 5 öre for Opus in Söderhamn, if you blow people off, give 2s which means a re-inspection and you go to Bollnäs instead an hour later and drive through on a clean sheet of paper, then you have definitely lost me as a customer ...!
