I had a very negative experience at Besikta today. During the inspection, I was told that the car would receive a warning because the washer system was not working, and I was offered a discount on the follow-up inspection if I came back the same day.nnWhen another customer in the waiting room pointed out that it might be possible to test the system with water, the technician replied that he was not allowed to fill the tank with water - but when I offered to do it myself, it suddenly worked fine.nnIt is noteworthy that the inspection technician did not inform about this simple solution directly, but instead suggested a re-inspection. Unfortunately, this gave a strong impression that they were trying to drag out the process to make extra money.nnDue to this lack of service and honesty, I will not have my car inspected at Besikta again.nnI hope the company reviews its procedures so that other customers do not have the same experience.
Bad, never setting foot there again
Only positive experiences of Besikta before but today I ended up here when I was out late and stressed I just booked the first available time. Just before leaving I noticed that I had booked somewhere else than usual so glad I didn't miss this I went there. Once there I didn't see a sign showing whose turn it was so I went in and asked about this. When I told them what time I had it turned out was disproven that I had the wrong time . 20 minutes late and cocky doesn't make for good will from the person affected, but this gentleman was humble and kind enough to take me in after the customer who was on time.nnIn summary, a pleasant experience in fresh premises by a pleasant gentleman who was also pleasant to talk to about various things while the inspection was being carried out!nnThis is where I will come from now on with my 5 cars that I have for private and business use.nnBut I DON'T think the rest of you should rush here now! Then I'll have to be out in plenty of time when I book next time
Might be the best inspection I've had. Really fast but still very thorough inspection. Performed by the guy who runs the place, can't remember his name but what a great guy! My Volvo V40 can keep rolling, great! Highly recommend
