Sent the son to inspect our V90 2017. Got a 2nd because the towbar binds. we meet at home after driving 30 minutes one way. We then tested the function to dismantle the towbar and it went as easily as possible. I even filmed the entire procedure. I could therefore disassemble and assemble the bar with one hand while holding the phone with the other hand. Then you probably can't say that it binds. So they want more money, SEK 349, for something that is not wrong. I called customer service and explained my dissatisfaction. After my explanation, person no. 1 asked me to wait hang on. after 10 minutes they hung up. had to call again and made the same explanation to person no. 2. He was going to send a message to the station in Östhammar to the plant manager who should contact me. Which hasn't happened yet, but you never know, suddenly it might happen. I strongly discourage people from going to this station to inspect. You must be able to trust that inspection bodies do their job correctly.

Had a re-inspection for insufficient braking action, handbrake, which the workshop questioned as they thought the brake was excellent, a problem that cost me both time and money completely unnecessarily
