It's a good hotel if you are looking for a short stay.nThe breakfast buffet is decent.nBut the staff , especially Josefine , is extremely helpful and charming.nEven though I reached the hotel after they had stopped serving the dinner buffet - Josefine was kind enough to make me a plate of food so I don't have to go out in the cold to look for a restaurant.nThanks so much.nDefinitely recommend.
You rarely go to a chain hotel and have the feeling it's a family business, but it's the case here.nnEveryone is genuinely friendly. The dinner buffet included in the price we booked is simple and tasty. There are tea facilities in the room as well as bottomless coffee in the lobby, along with pastry.nnThe breakfast buffet is large and tasty.nnAll in all a calm, friendly, warm atmosphere. Thanks, BW Trollhättan staff, we will carry with us fond memories of your hospitality.
Room was good, clean and spacious but bathroom needs updating and modernizing. Hot water shut off in evening later learned it was entire hotel but due to the hotel being physically unmanned after evening, there was nothing to do other than call a number for someone at a central board handling other hotels too. We couldn’tnShower at all until morning and no word from them on this when we checked out. Breakfast was bit disappointing compared to other similar chains in the area with more limited options. Location is perfect and in the middle of town with a pay car park right beside it.
The staff were friendly and inviting. The room served its function. The cleanliness was what dropped some stars. Wrappers under the bed and our family that stayed in the next room had tons of wrappers and garbage in the drawers. Sheets were clean, bathroom neat and fresh towels saved this hotel.nNice location in central Trollhättan. Breakfast didn't stick out, but tasted fine. Thought it was a little steep in price 1200 kr dubbelsäng one night sat-sun for what was served.
All you need for a business travel in one package. Rooms are minimalistic but comfortable. Not new but decent and tidy. Nice travel bag for my early morning depature. Thanks to the front desk crew.
