Rooms are extremely small and dated but clean. Hotel staff is really good, location is within walking distance of most of town. Tough to get into because exterior door stays locked and getting in the first time to register is tricky. Gym is offsite but very nice, take your own towel.
This hotel is situated in the center. They have a nice view around. Full of outside restaurants.nStaff are nice and professional.nnThey can improve on the room interior. It's bit old as compared to other hotel. Entertainment must need to improve. Netflix and Amazon prime could be options for entertainment.
The walls could be more soundproof I could hear guests from neighbouring rooms very clearly. Sound of doors slammed all around very annoying. Good breakfast and quite comfortable bed. The hotel needs renovation. The view from the window is depressing - ask for a room facing outside wall of the building.
It depends what you expect. You're not gonna find here contemporary interiors or beautiful views through your window. However this place has the history and you can feel it everywhere. It seems like every corner could tell you a story at least few decades old and this makes you feel some sort of respect for the place. A lot of dark wood, old lamps... It's just nice and cozy here.
