Best Western Plus Grand Hotel Halmstad

The hotel is clean and well located, but there were some shortcomings. There was no vanity kit in the room, and during check-out, the staff did not know how to issue an invoice, so I couldn’t get one. They should coordinate such matters with the daytime shift. Small details, but important for business travelers.

Arrived at this hotel today. What an awesome welcome. Victor looked after us and made us so welcome. Room absolutely superb Breakfast excellent. Tea coffee & treats on tap all day wonderful spaces to relax. Highly recommend.

Good location, relatively central. Train station on other side of the road might disturb some people who sleeps easy. The hotel was beautiful and rooms were clean and with enough space. When it comes to food, I only had breakfast. It was as you would expect most good hotels in Sweden. Nothing to complain about. Rooms has ventilation, but no air conditioning I stayed during a rather hot day and the room was to warm during the night. TV in the room was rather small and not so good quality. Service in hotel was overall very good.

Honestly, one of the best hotels in Halmstad and, probably in Sweden within this price range. The location is a top-notch, so do the customer service and food quality. The room I stayed was a pretty big one, and I wondered how could they offer it that cheap when an adjacent hotel was almost charging the same but offering rusty, old service.nnNevertheless, my colleagues and I had a very nice stay at this place. And, certainly, I would recommend this hotel and stay whenever I visit the Halmstad.
