We stayed there from December 26, 2023, to January 1, 2024. My parents' wedding ring was stolen from our room. We went for breakfast and locked our rooms. After 15 minutes, we returned, and when we were about 5 meters from our door, we saw a cleaning lady hurrying out of the room. At first, we were pleased that our room had been cleaned. However, our joy quickly faded when we realized the jewelry was gone. Unfortunately, it was already our departure day, so we couldn't go to the police. We confronted the woman, but she didn't speak English. Her colleagues arrived and were equally baffled. We contacted reception and asked them to get in touch if they found our ring. We left our contact details. We never heard from them again.
I stayed here for several days a week during the fall of 2019. The Hotel is good in all means, but the main reason for my 5-star rating is the staff's attitude. One night at dinner, my suit got ripped by a broken hook under the table. I loved that suit, and it was quite new at the time. I went to the main desk and told them about it. I won't disclose details, but the attitude and treatment of the staff in that incident is one of the best that I've experienced in the hospitality industry. I've recommended this hotel numerous times, but realized I hadn't written a review until now.
A decent hotel and exceptionally friendly staff. Kevin, in particular, was outstanding; kind and extremely helpful both over the phone when I needed to modify my reservation and in person at the front desk.nAs for the location, it is very convenient for airport access: the bus stop is just a few minutes’ walk away on arrival, and it is located directly in front of the hotel entrance when departing
Comfortable hotel with great service and breakfast. Free sauna and gym access 24/7. A bit far from the city centre but highly accessible by the metro.
5-star hotel!!! The cost is more than worth the benefits. The most outstanding part is being luxurious. The hotel offers spacious, clean and tidy rooms with big windows for views. There is also a television in the rooms and other equipment as well. Services are always good and servants are always nice and helpful in all aspects.
